Radhakrishnan IAS
Its indeed a great recognition for an official to be called by a foreign government to train their officers. I am referring to the request made by the Sri Lankan government to the Indian government to send the Nagapattinam Collector Mr.Radhakrishnan IAS to Sri Lanka to train their officials. This comes after his effective management in the Tsunami affected areas in Nagapattinam. The point to be noted here is Mr.Radhakrishnan IAS was then the district collector of Thanjavur and seeing his ability to manage, he was transferred to Nagapattinam, one among the worst affected areas
With offices brimming in corruption and officials evading from their responsibilities, we dont often see people who strike a balance in their career and responsibilities and serve our people. Congratulations Sir! Theres lot more to do and the road in which you are is a never ending tunnel and you will.
There's also another official who has been requested along with Mr.RadhaKrishnan IAS (see vikatan), but I forgot the name. Will get details and post it
I missed Oscar live telecast this year also. Hope to see atleast next year
Bangalore is getting hot these days and its unbelievable that its not even April. I feel like settling back in Chennai again. Not much difference nowadays. Roads are getting filled with watermelons and its Summer. Summer brings along lot of unwanted things also. Price shoot-ups of vegetables, fruits restricts a middle class man with lot of 'dont-go-near' areas. Welcome back Summer!
